Disgusting service at Jam Clothing arbour crossing Amanzimtoti

I and my Mrs are loyal repeat customers of Jam Clothing. The lady by the name of Melanie Lawrence does not deserve to work with customers. She is not rude to customers only (as she was to us) but also shouted at the cashier gentleman who was polite enough to at least understand our request.

Melanie Lawrence was rude to us, did not make enough effort to hear our request and ultimately assisted us with some degree of reluctance.

She was not patient enough to understand the situation. This was on Saturday 31 May 2025. A simple laybuy refund turned to an unpleasant shopping experience. The lady was not patient enough to acquaint herself of all the facts that have brought us to the refund request. Shouted at the staff member to assist other customers and was also rude to assisting us.

I highly do not recommend shopping at the store especially when another Jam Clothing Store branch is nearby at Galleria Mall.
