Disgusted

Went to the collect my laybye on the 29th of November 2019 but because I was also at work and it was busy I stayed at queue after I gave some guy my details to go search for my laybye I told them I'll be back shortly..... When I return some lady rudely said I should join the queue again I asked them how so? Because I told them that I'll be back.... Owk I was so angry didn't even go back for my babies laybye..... Today I went there for the same thing they wanted my ID I told them I'll come back later with my laybye I asked them to keep for me.... Later when I go there the dresses are no longer there they don't know anything about them m..... I'm soooo mad I hate that store so badly that I feel like they don't take their customer's seriously.... Such ignorance and arritating behavior.... Sies
