Disappointed customer

I have Never been this irritated by someone who lacks commitment to his job and has no willingness to assist customers, I was at one of your stores at protea glen mall and there was this shop attendent with a gold tooth, while others were working he was just standing next to the changing rooms laughing so ear deafing loud from what he was watching on his phone, he even kept calling other attendants to come watch whatever he was watching on his phone, he disappeared for few moments thn reappeared on the clothing floor with a mug of coffee while he was still glued to his phone he even took a seat while enjoying his cup of coffee, not even turning an eye to peoples directions who needed his help, I have been to your other branches like Westgate and Woodmead and this kind of behaviour is something I have never seen before this occurrence happened after 5pm on the 19th of July
