**************** - paid for 5 items and walked out with 4 - the most expensive item not being put into the packet!!

If I could give 0 stars I would. We were at the Jam clothing store in the Galleria mall today - we bought a handful of items, one being a pair of women's workout shorts for R100. We paid and left only to get back home (a while away from the mall) and find that the workout shorts are not in the package. I feel this type of service is absolutely shocking!! It makes me question whether it's worth it to shop there... because it is ridiculous that you pay for your items but don't get all of the paid for items!!!
