My husband seen a short that he really liked. Hillfox didn't have his size. We asked that they call other branches to see who has it. We waited and got no answer. We didn't know if this was been seen to and had to keep asking. We couldn't wait any longer and asked that they please enquire and get back to us. We even prepared to drive to Woodmead. We are still for a all back. Even if you call saying there is non at any of the stores. At least make good on your promise. That is customer service 101.
