Cannot cancel laybyes.

I did a laybye a few months ago, even before it could expire I decided to cancel it. A rude lady told me she cannot cancel it because well; apparently the person who is not responsible for "cancelling" all laybyes is not there and she does not know when he will be available and so I have to wait for it to expire. I waited for 2 full months for it to expire and went back. The very same rude one told me it has not yet expired, mind it being a week after expiry date, she told me again with attitude that it's not her business that it is still appearing as "active" on the system and the person who cancels it is still not there. There is nothing she can do.

The service was really bad.
