Bad Service

on 08 January I went to Jabulani Mall, I bought clothes for R1200 ,which R1000 was going to laybye and pay the reminder. I wanted to pay with a card on which ,I requested to the cashier to swipe the whole amount once. She didn't understand and she requested the Supervisor to come and assist. When the supervisor came and told me that I have to swipe twice , when I mention of the chargers she told me that there is no way my bank can charge as they are not doing it , I didn't see the reason why I should do transaction , so the option was to return the R200 clothes I wanted to buy. While I wanted to Swipe for the laybye and wanted to pay more than they were requesting still this Norma Supervisor told me that its not allowed. I'm so angry on the service I got, I felt like they I doing me a favour to buy the clothes. I ended up not buying anything and cancelling the whole transaction. I doesn't mean that if they have many customers they must treat like dirt. Customer service goes a Long way. The worse part when I explain to her that its not the first time doing this transaction at Jam she had nerve to tell me that ,the person who assist me before its not her. <br>
