Bad management

Jam clothing has a slap dash attitude. They dont respond to complaints. They have a very unfair policy of no refund. I returned a reject item within 24 hours but was denied a refund saying company laws. What a lousy answer... up to date I am still waiting for the regional manager to contact me with an explanation as the store manager was unable to answer my questions. It's nearly 2 weeks
