BAD EXPERIENCE

It was Monday afternoon when i rushed from Johannesburg to Pretoria just to get there before 5:30. Luckily i get there early than 5:30 only to find out that the store closed before time. i stood on the door begged the security guy to open for me because the shop closes at 5:30, unfortunately for me the security guy refused to open for me and i stood there for 5 mins thinking will open for me but no. <br> I was disappointed with they way the security guy handled the situation. <br> all wanted to do is to lay a complain. I called the head office i told the reception lady to transfer to someone who i can talk to regarding my situation, the lady was not available by that time and i left a message, even now am still waiting for a call. <br> <br> <br> <br>
