Bad customer service from jam online clothing store

Ordered online from jam clothing 26th of December and still haven't received any updates besides an email stating the order is being processed and asking which store to deliver my items to, it's now the 21st of January 😑.. I've emailed them and still received no updates as to where my items are or if I'm even going to get it anymore and yet they nicely took my money with out any problem how convenient for them hey.. Beware of ordering from jam 👍
