Bad Customer Service and *****

I went to the store to buy a few items, my card declined yet, it went through from my bank. I was told the money will return back into my bank account but they never provided me with my decline receipt. I then went back to the store information them that the money hasn’t returned but Alima from the store (Randburg Square)gave me an attitude telling me that she will not write an authority letter allowing the bank to return my money because I don’t have a “decline receipt”
