Bad customer service

I had a very bad service from the manager called Tebza /Teboho from jam store in Greenstone. And to think of it. It's a second encounter. She even addressed me on a personal level. And said she does care about me if I'm the customer. As I'm buying on lay buy. And that I can take it to a higher level when I confronted her. For making me her personal project. She said she doesn't care if I'm a customer or not yet I'm using my own money and time.
