Bad customer service

<p>I had plastic with me, as I enter this lady said I must wait, as I thought she wanted deal the plastic but it was already sealed, as I wait she started talking to this who was at the counter, as I wait listening to her conversation I ask her if she was going to help me or I should wait as she finish chatting, she said in talking to a customer with the attitude I advised her to help me and she will continue chatting, she told me I can get in, I actually waited there for about 5 minutes for nothing, as I walk away, with a bad attitude she said I have issues, I feel she needs more training, cause definitely that's not how you talk to customer. Her name Dubzie or something like that.</p>
