Bad Attitude

I went to Jam clothing today in the morning, I got there early it was 8:45 in the morning. I waited outside their shop until 9:00. I was surprised when they didn't open at9:00. They opened at 9:05 but at the door it says they open at 9:00. I went to Vicki I greeted her she was with the other staff members. I asked her what time are they opening? She said 9:00. She was not smiling, she was angry for what? I don't know. I later asked her if she's the manager. She said yes.I was so disappointed.She needs more management training. She didnt apologise for opening late, she said they were having a meeting. When I asked her if she is the manager? She gave me attitude and she walked away.S he left me standing there.
