Attitude and inadequate training

Terrible attitude by lady who seemed tp be the manager(assumption) in Witbank downtown today There system is offline and so the cashier was only taking cash, so this particular lady comes up and tells them that cards can be used to pay as well. She does bother to show them how and so i ask for that transaction as i wanted my money back because to go stand in queue to withdraw at the end of the month is ridiculous. She simply walked away with an attitude. Their staff members shouldn't even operate tills if they aren't fully trained
