Annoyed customer

I when to Jam festival mall(kempton mall) the Lady sanitasing at the door yelled at me for asking why does she have to sanitase me for the second time because my hands are still went from the first spray of sanitizer, she started yelling telling me she's too tired I knocked off so she also what's to knock off.. I mean I never said Jam clothing should closed late and I said she must take her cv there if she has a problem serving customers who have knocked off..
