Creme Body Wash

I am highly disappointed with their customer service. Bought the Creme Body Wash but apparently it was too thick and did not even lather or foam up when used. It was like using a grease to wash. The smell was good, just the consistency of the product. Upon comparing with the same product from one of the retail stores, I saw that what I got was totally different. I contacted their sales department and spoke to a lady Jackie Grant. She said a replacement would be sent to me and the one I got would be collected to test the problem. 2 weeks down the line, nothing. They are now acting like Wish or some some cheap company....I regret buying it in the name of supporting local business....
