No refund for a fan

On 30 November 2015 I purchased a fan for a BMW 320i E46 engine from MD house motor spares for R2995.00<br> the fan could not fit in the car and on returning it they insisted on having a receipt of which I had lost. i asked them if they could retrieve it from the computer and their duplicate files and all was in vain. i therefore appeal to you to help me get my refund of this aforesaid amount.<br> <br> Kind regards<br> <br> Raphael
