Highest Praise

Dr. Marcel du Preez deserves the highest praise. He recently removed a very deeply embedded pin from my daughter’s leg. Although theatre would normally have been the preferred option, this kind-hearted doctor understood how terrified my daughter is of hospitals and offered to perform the procedure in his rooms instead. His approach was exceptional. He was incredibly soft‑spoken, gentle, and patient throughout the entire experience. He took the time to explain every step to her in a calm and reassuring way, even showing her the equipment beforehand so she knew exactly what to expect. What could have been an extremely traumatic experience was made significantly easier because of his compassion and skill. Thank you, Dr. du Preez, for going above and beyond. I highly recommend him to anyone in need of a caring and dedicated Dr. Both he and his lovely wife Marli are truly lovely, compassionate people.
