Worst serive ever

<p>Mcubed is a pention fund administor in juction with CIB. I left one compnay in April 2016, and for some reason CIN and Mcube neglected to claim on my behalve for the funds. Now it bening 104 days later, i still await my funds, the MD of the compnay refuses to help as he keeps on telling me that I need to wait 45 days after my submition. Nowbi have left the CIB group 38 days ago. Anf then i was told that lastvweek that my claim is being procsessed this week on the 15th because tgey waiting for one last contribution. The more im trying to tell them that i have 2 pention funds with them. And that on the bigger amount contribution haas stoped on April. The refuse to listen. Now the claim is according to them readdy for payment. Hoever they holding om to it untill the end of Aug. Im trying to tell them that on the second the amount i will accept the 45 days. So why is my money not being paif out? So that they can getvthe intrest on it?? </p>
