Electric Fence - Poor workmanship and incomplete work

Jacob Mafa of Mc Trends Systems was contracted to fix my electric fence. He took over from another technician who also did out-sourced work for his company. His electrician worked on the fence on 29 September 2020 and was was supposed to come back to complete the installation and to fix a fence error, arcing, neaten wiring, supply outstanding warning signs, fix cable joins, fix damage to wall where the energiser was installed and install supp**** new keypad. In good faith, I paid Jacob Mafa R4500 and held back R500 for the remainder of the work. For more than 6 months, I have contacting Jacob Mafa for him to come and complete the job. He has made several excuses and promises to finish each time, but has failed to come through to finish and fix the work done.
