Absolutely horrific service. After numerous promises of good service, Mcstevens appears to sub contract its moving companies. They were late by almost 5 hours and when they pitched at the end the size of the truck was not as agreed. Thereafter they had to procure a different truck from another moving company to assist, which now needs to be paid by myself. Furthermore no blankets, bubble wrap or taping was provided as agreed upon on the invoice. The contact person has no disappeared and his phone goes directly to voicemail. Stay away.
