Outdoor Furniture Cover

16/6/2014 at the home show in Durban I purchased an outdoor furniture set and a cover for said set. Set was R9850.00 and cover was R1000.00-I paid R1000 deposit. I was told that this cover was for the outdoor set that I purchased at the same time. Said set and cover were delivered timeously to my house and the balance paid immediately. On October 28th I sent an email to [Email Removed] stating that the outdoor cover had torn in a number of places and asking someone to get back to me. No response. Emails and phone calls were not getting a response until I spoke to Cathy Banda who said I had been sold the wrong type of cover.I sent measurements of the furniture to her on Dec 21st and was due to collect it from her and pay the extra R900 on collection in Dbn. She never called to say she was in Dbn and then said I should eft the balance and she'll get it made up. I said rather re-imburse and I will get a Dbn supplier. She then said it was unfair and that she wont reimburse the full amount. I have no cover (furniture getting damaged) and she wont reimburse the R1000!
