FECES SEEP OUT FROM UNSEALED TOILET BOWL. BAD ODOR, NON-REFUNDABLE

Toilet bowl unsealed causing feces to seep out. NON-REFUNDABLE. My husband booked through Booking.com, and when we arrived, the place was beyond disgusting. The couch was covered in stains, and the carpet was filthy, reeking of uncleaned pet dirt with visible stains. In the bathroom, the toilet bowl was unsealed, causing feces to seep out behind the toilet bowl. The foul odor was unbearable, filling the entire space. It was non-refundable, compensation offered is not worth it. I would strongly advise against ever booking through Booking.com and MCSHEYSON GROUP ACCOMMODATION.
