Very rude and appalling behavior

Very rude and appalling behavior I got numerous threatening and very unprofessional calls from people working at this company due to a canceled Telkom account. They would not send me a statement even after promising that they would. I contacted the Director (Saskia Hill) informing me she will have this sorted out, only one person phoned me to tell me they will get into contact with Telkom but it seems that nothing ever happened. Yet another broken promise, no apology for the shocking harassment I've been exposed to. It seems that not even the Director has the s****s to sort out an issue and manage what they do properly. I Will get a harassment order against Saskia if anyone ever contacts me again in an unprofessional manner. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!
