Underpaid AND over hours NOT GETTING PAID

Sawubona I app**** for so called collection position out of nowhere now you'll say we must work till 5 do you not know it's gonna be hard to get public transport you not going to even pay us for this extra 1 hour what next u Gona force us to do we clearly treated like SLAVES here an you stalk us with the dailer and HARASS do you even know the difference Wat a call centre is it doesn't feel like this is a collections call centre how is it we do all the work but u pay your management a higher salary and treat them better you rob us from commission by taking our payment away you only pay a low basic here you act like this a high company but u can't pay staff COMMISSION and a proper salary and treat us with RESPECT what are u doing in place then in this place it's only about all your different management who think they the owner of this place
