Poor Poor Service,************* to customers
On the 24th of September 2021 I paid Mcs Debt Recovery a balance of my outstanding Capitec debt which was R280.00 but instead I paid R780.00 by mistake.Now for the past 11 days I've had empty promises of having the extra R500.00 paid refunded which has yet to happen. There's no good explanation as to why I haven't been refunded this money.
