No communcation but quick to send default listings

No communication, but quick to list you as a defaulter. I have requested more than once for a statement so the account can be settled. No statement was sent.

I settled the account this morning after phoning the call centre. They said I must send it through whatsapp, which I did. Well no reply there either. Pathetic company this. No communication.
