my account keeps on going up

last year November they said I owe them 298,which I then paid, my account is handed to mcs and now they say I owe them 800,i asked for a settlement as I don't want surprises but I'm battling to get it,im not sure who is ripping me off,tracker or mcs?can someone send me proper documentation
