Mcs unhappy client empty promises

Unhappy client Good day Early this year around Feb I asked mcs to help me remove my husband from debt review paid them in full 4500 promised to remove him with 21 days, 21 days turned into 9month till present... They is a lady called Lillian promised me lies very week from March till present. I requested for a refund September then I was asked to sent in my banking details to receive my refund on the 31 October till present no response to my email and calls.... When I call in lizzy will answer Lillian calls pretending that Lillian is not around or she is off sick very week.
