MCS HARASSMENT.
I keep getting calls from MCS claiming they are collecting for Telkom. I closed my Telkom account in 2017, and have the reference nr. I have had no statements from Telkom since. My Telkom on-line account shows a zero balance. I have made it clear that if anything is outstanding all Telkom has to do is send, email, me an invoice/statement. I keep giving these details to MCS, but the calls and emails continue. Clearly they are a totally useless bunch.

I made it very clear that I have received no statements or payment requests from Telkom for 4 years and that my balance on Telkom’s internet site shows NIL balance... I again, for the 7th time, requested that Telkom send me an invoice/statement if they think I owe them anything. ..... the response from MCS ? They send me yet another email demanding payment......NOTE; Mcs does NOT even know what the amount “due” is supposed to be. These idiots want me to pay but the have NO idea how much I should pay. . WHAT A USELESS BUNCH OF RETARDS.
