Lack of Professionalism and Common Courtesy

Truly disappointed with the way i was treated. I called in from another business just trying to complete a simple confirmation of employment for a candidate that app**** at the company i work for and i failed to get a hold of anyone even after trying numerous times. I then went on to their site and requested a call back. I spoke to their head of operations and was met with instant hostility. She has no manners and no idea how to represent a brand. I was accused of threatening staff when all i said was i would be forced to speak to their owner since no one can help. If she is the head of operations and that's how she treats people it only makes me wonder what the rest of the employees are like. Since she is a leader and sets the standard
