I need to settle my loan

<p>I need a settlement letter urgently, i have been put from pillar to post and they are not helping me</p> <p>they arfe not taking my calls now and i was promised that the letter will be sent by today and nothing was done. they i call them they telling me they are in meetings and now they are not pircking up the phone.</p>
