Horrible service. Over 2 years trying to cancel my account.

Constant harassment after I sent them my cancellation to guess who.... TELKOM!!

After 2 years of cancelling my line they still looking for money i owe Telkom? I wouldn't have to owe them if they actually did their job. MCS should have also done their job and acknowledged my cancellation i sent to them (more than once I might add) as well as Telkom.

Not paying a single cent to anyone due to both their sloppy service.
