Empty promises, appalling service, not reachable

Got a phone call from Mcs Debt Recovery regarding "outstanding" money owed to Telkom. I have explained this to Telkom and their lawyers several times as I'm not at fault and do not owe the money. MCS phones me, ask for my ID number and how I would like to pay outstanding amount like I'm sort of ********. No hearing my side of story. After I explained the proof I have which I have already submitted to Telkom on several occasions, the consultant promises to help me resolve this and will send me an email with instructions on what I need to submit to proof my innocence. Did not receive the email and phoned them back. Consultant that helped me is "busy" but will phone me back. Two days later, no email and no return email. Tried to call back again today and there is no answer. This is harrasment at its best. Absolute pathetic service. Appalling. I am shocked by the treatment of honest tax paying law abiding citizens that are innocently accused and no assistance provided to solve these matters.

Got an sms now that I have been handed over to P&P Attorneys with regards to this Telkom account matter. No response from MCS Debt Recovery despite me sending them all my proof and evidence and MCS promising me that they will assist me.... Absolutely pathetic, disgusting service where an innocent customer is harassed
