Disappointed with management

<p>Absolutely disappointed with the management of MCS debt recovery based in cornubia Durban. They have taken it upon themselves to force staff to use public transport after the cornubia taxi association told them that no private vehicles or private taxis will be allowed to transport staff. It's not for a company to decide how staff get to n from work. Instead they are being bul**** by the taxi association which isn't legal and show no interest or concern for their staff members. Just as long as they show up at work. It shouldn't be the company's decision how staff travel nor should they force their staff to abide by their rules regarding transport. </p>
