Disappointed

I had a loan with African Bank and i paid the account up on the 05th of December via a third party which is MCS Recovery. i have been disputing with the credit bureaus and African bank and i have not been assisted. MCS Recovery gave me a discount and i paid it and they even issued me with the paid up letter of which i sent to African bank but there is no assistance.
