Disappointed and unsatisfactory

This is the most disappointing company I've ever dealt with, Lillian the lady I communicated with promised us since January 2022 to remove us from Debt Review, up til today she's been dancing around us. She makes empty promises, she'll tell you that your name is cleared just for you to do a credit check and your name still appears on debt review. We paid her R4500 in January 2022 with a promise from her that our names would be cleared within 2 months, up to now nothing but nothing has happened. She's always off sick or Lizzy will tell you that she'll call you back but to no avail. 2 weeks ago I asked to speak to her superior, then she referred me to a Jaydene, after I send an email to this Jaydene, I never got a reply back.

We are highly disappointed and hope to get our names cleared or our money refunded.
