Croocked

This company promised to forward me my letter by 14:00 today after many back and forth and not so nice telephonic conversations. It's 14:32 and I'm still waiting for my paid up letter. I made them aware that my job is riding on this. But they just don't care. They collected and now I have to wait for my letter. Someone has to be held accountable if I loose this job.
