Complaint MCS Debt Recovery

I was contact by MCS to be placed under debt review. I, my son and daughter in law told the agent that I do not want to go under debt review and they placed me with out my consent under debt review. As result of that RCS didn't want to receive my payments and cancelled by credit with them.. Now they have handed me over to debt collectors which I refuse to pay. The NCR told MCS during December to remove my name from Debt Review but till date they didn't do that. Can you please assist me with this problem. It is more than 2 years that I battling with this case.
