CLOSED ACCOUNT BUT I SUDDENLY STILL OWE MONEY!
Good afternoon.
Last month I paid my Telkom account in full and at the same time closed my account and it’s been more than 30 days. I keep on being harassed by MCS to pay my debt but there is no account active at Telkom since I closed it! So how the heck do I owe money on a CLOSED ACCOUNT. With all due respect of this continues I’m taking further action!!
