I have ordered HSTM tape from them on the 11 February 2022. I got my package on the 17 February 2022. When i open my package they sent me UNITAC tape. I have called them immediately and emailed the regarding the matter. I was told they will email me back regarding the exchange which wasn't done so the next day i phoned for an update, the lady told me they don't have stock of the hstm tape so they just sent what they had stock of. My point was this isn't what i paid for!! So she said they receiving stock Monday( 21 February 2022). The time passed and its now the 23 February 2022 with no update even thou i have been sending emails. So i decide to call them again. And this lady is so ****** rude!!! She tells me they received stock today and it will go out today. So i asked her why wasn't i updated instead of my wasting my airtime to call, her response was not getting any emails! But i have been using thee same email all the time so that was utter bull****
