Please note this is a ****. A very long executed one. We contacted the only MCM Staff Management (the only website available for this name). They advised us that they have no affiliates or branches in South Africa. These people email you (watch for spelling error) telling you that you have an interview, they gave very vague descriptions of the job and the company. The company they told us about in the meeting thereafter is a German company, who have no branches here. This "company" has used company names from America and Germany (both which do not have any affiliates or branches in South Africa). Please look out for the names "Lwazi", "John Thomas", "William". All these people discuss the job thereafter on WhatsApp, you cannot call them, they call you only. You will not find them on any online platform. They provided us with an address in Sandton (66 Rivonia Road, Block B, Chislehurston, Sandton, 2169), we only found out afterwards that this specific office rents out board rooms and office spaces. They do not have a card machine, only cash or eWallet (RED FLAG) is allowed with them. All numbers used to contact you are not correctly registered on TrueCaller.

They will ask you to pay your background check, once they tell you that you have a job (no contract provided) they ask you to pay 8% of your salary upfront. They advised the job would be in Kempton Park and starting date was 2 February 2022, which was all incorrect. The form they make you sign has a different recruitment name on it "Bond Staffing Solutions". They then called a week later to say the job is in Secunda, where you will need housing and upfront payment of R3800 which needs to be paid before 4pm of the day which they called. All newly graduated students, please be careful when applying for jobs, this is not normal! We cannot find any of these businesses registered in South Africa, nothing on LinkedIn, nothing on google.
