MCM PAINTERS - SHODDY WORKMANSHIP

MCM was hired for a painting job, and unfortunately, our experience has been very disappointing. The quality of the work was subpar—there were visible streaks, uneven coverage, and sloppy edges throughout the job. Even worse, areas that were promised to be prepped and finished properly were clearly rushed or neglected.

After pointing out the issues, I was assured multiple times that they would return to correct the problems. Despite these promises, they never showed up. Now, they are completely unresponsive and have gone silent. Calls, texts, and emails have gone unanswered for weeks.

This level of unprofessionalism is unacceptable. I trusted this contractor to do the job right and to stand behind their work, but they have failed on both counts. I would not recommend this company to anyone looking for reliable or quality painting services.
