A longggggg story. Something is not right with this Company. Here's the recent gist. They committed to repairing my five injectors on emails. ', its very difficult for us to differentiate which injector was done by D*** works & if its fine for reuse ,as the 3 injectors that we could test failed & the remaining 2 can not be tested due to them not having any codes on them . Please see attached quote for repairing all 5 injectors.' R15443.24. ' . . . 6 months warranty on injectors , please could you pay a 50% deposit as this is a requirement . . . should take around +- 2/3 days for repair' I paid R7721.62 (19/9/2019). And now after my query today (16/10/2019). . . ' We have been trying to source another injector body for you ,however we have no luck , can you try to bring us another injector body ? alternatively you will have to purchase a new injector. As mentioned to you telephonically we could not pick up that the injector body was damaged because this is 1 of the injectors that could not be tested due to having no codes on them.' THEY QUOTED _ I PAID DEPOSIT . What do I do?
