Unwillingness to Repair Broken Windows by Tree Fellers

Over a month ago, my neighbour employed MCK Tree Fellers to trim three trees bordering my property. Whilst doing this, due to not tackling the job at hand in a professional manner, a cut branch hit my bedroom window, breaking the lead window frame and a number of the small glass panels therein. Despite promises of repairing the damage, both the Tanaka, foreman overseeing the job, and the Project Manager, Wisdom, have done nothing. My window remains broken and this company has simply walked away. Given this poor and dismal handling of the situation, I certainly will never recommend this company to anyone. And I will tell all who have trees to be cut down or trimmed about my experience with this unprofessional and uncaring company
