Personal Injury Claims

In 2018, my son 14yrs old todate was involved in a car accident and broke his leg, when we were in hospital, some consultant from a legal firm approached us and advised us to claim from Raf through his office. We met with the laywer in their office and submitted all required documents. This man promised us that he will do everything in his power to help us but until today we have never had anything from them. We tried to visit the office but the security could not let us through stating that the laywer was out to court. We have phoned the office but no one answers the phone and no response to our WhatsApp or emails This looks bad because its almost 2years now and we are still in the dark. Anyone who can help please advise
