I took my car to MCH Mechanical Services for a simple timing belt replacement — the vehicle had absolutely no issues when it went in. After collecting the car, I immediately noticed the engine warning light was on. They had also changed the oil, but used the wrong type, which is unacceptable for any qualified mechanic.

To make matters worse, they claimed the turbo was faulty, which turned out to be completely false. I had to take my vehicle to Ford to sort out the damage and misdiagnosis caused by MCH. Ford confirmed that the issues were directly caused by the poor workmanship at MCH Mechanical.

I’m extremely disappointed with the service. I trusted them with a functioning vehicle and got it back in a worse state. I will never return to MCH Mechanical Services and strongly advise others to stay far away. If I could, I’d give them zero stars.
