Broke my Inverter, Ran away.

David Mchattie came recommended as the only electrician with a positive endor*****t on hellopeter.com.<br> He prepared a well thought through and professionally presented quote to tie in an inverter, with competitive price, albeit slightly later than promised. He even commenced the job per agreed timing. <br> After two days however David started arriving late in the day and then not at all. I knew it had been raining which limited his ability to work...<br> Since then and over the past two weeks I have tried calling David countless times, and resorted to harassing his wife Pauline. While she proffers plausible situations : David never arrives.<br> I have just determined that in the process of installing the equipment he must have damaged it and it is showing up error code.
