One of the cheapest/worst Dentist around

I have honestly never been more disappointed with a desntistry. I found this company on google, they seemed quite decent from the outscurts but only come to find that they have do the worst dental work and provide the worst service. I was a first time customer who needed to get a filling done with a tooth that gave me issues, but before all that I literally struggled to get hold of these guys. Everytime I would phone they wouldn't answer, it was either they were on lunch or they would pick up my call and tell me they would get back to me which they never did, I had to Constantly call them up.The ladies working at reception clearly seemed *********** and unprofessional. Once I finally got an appointment with the dentist to do one filling in my mouth about 2 months later the filling had just miraculously disappeared. I immediately contacted them to advised them of the situation and asked them to please assist me with this, I could not get a booking at all since it was during December time and had asked them to then put me on the cancelation list but never heard from them given the seriousness of my situation. I had advised them once they were aware of the filling that didnt seem to last, I stipulated that I am not prepared to pay again as it doesnt seem quite right that I paid for a filling that didnt last whatsover. They immediately became unhelpful and didnt not want to assist me until I paid another consultation fee and for the replacement filling.

I now am siting with a big gapping holed tooth where I am now trying to get another appointment with a proper dentist.

I do not recommend this company whatsoever, you will struggle with them from day 1. Their service is cheap and horrible.

Rather choose a company who knows exactly what they are doing and actually care about thier customers as I was planning to become a consistent/ regular customer of thiers. But given that it was my first time and I chose them all the was from the Souther Suburbs.The service they have given me was disgusting, I will not longer bother to go back there again and I hope for future customers too.
